Statistics and error monitoring
Vercel hosts this website and, with consent, processes pages visited, referring websites and general device and region information. We remove query parameters from measured page URLs and exclude admin, order, review and unsubscribe pages. Sentry processes browser errors with consent. To keep our services reliable and secure, we also process minimal technical server errors based on our legitimate interest, without visitor profiles. Error reports contain only error types and code locations, not photos, form contents, error messages, cookies or request bodies. Vercel and Sentry may process data outside the EEA; see their privacy and data processing terms below. Technical data is retained according to the configured service plan.

What data we process
If you order in the shop, we process your name, email address and delivery address to print and deliver your order; payment itself is handled entirely by Stripe. If you order by email, we process what you send us yourself. Photos you upload or send are used solely to print your bookmark.
Newsletter and reviews
If you explicitly request a cart reminder, we store your email address and consent and send one email when your checkout expires after 24 hours, provided no payment has been confirmed. The email lets you resume checkout or stop reminders. We send at most one cart reminder per email address every seven days. If you sign up for our promotional emails (via the footer), we only store your email address and language preference, and use them solely to email you about promotions ourselves. Every email contains an unsubscribe link that works instantly. If you write a review, we show your name, text, stars and photo on the site after approval; we never show your email address and only use it to send you your discount code. Want a review removed? One email is enough.
What stays in your browser
Your cart and privacy choice are stored locally in your browser. Your privacy choice lasts 180 days. Your language is part of the web address. Only with your consent do we load Vercel Analytics for visit statistics and, when configured, Sentry for browser errors. You can refuse each separately or withdraw consent using Privacy settings in the footer. We use no advertising cookies or session recordings.
How long we keep data
We keep order details as long as needed for fulfilment and our legal accounting obligations. When we mark your order as printed or cancelled, we delete the photo and design files from active order storage. Local downloads, email attachments and any backups are separate; contact us to request their deletion.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. Stripe processes payments, Supabase stores orders and designs, Resend sends our emails and the postal service delivers your order. They receive the data needed to provide these services.
Your rights
You can always view, correct or delete your data: one email is enough. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
